Pastor Drew Conover
Pastor Drew was a part of his home church, Spirit and Truth, in Oneonta, NY, since age 10. In 2007, he moved to the Utica area to help minister at Lifepoint, which was a daughter work of Spirit and Truth.
He was ordained in 2010, and in 2011 became the pastor of Lifepoint. He is blessed to be able to labor alongside his wife Laurie, who is the worship leader. Pastor Drew and Laurie love youth ministry, and remain involved in the youth group, where they both have their roots.
Whether it's a Youth Camp, Bible study, Sunday morning service, or the grocery store, Pastor loves to share the life changing word of God and show its relevance in day to day life.
Associate pastor Andrew Castilla
Andrew Castilla has been a part of Lifepoint since it began. He has been leading our Men's Ministry since 2018, has been involved in our youth conferences and camps, sings and plays drums and keys on the worship team, and was ordained in 2020.

Andrew and his wife Gina are true servants. Gina heads our Sunday School department, and takes care of our announcements, calendars, and anything else she can.

Andrew and Gina are devoted to the Lord, down to earth, and desire to see people grow in their Relationship with Jesus.

Elder Steve Maxam
Steve Maxam has been an Elder at Lifepoint since 2019, and has been a faithful servant of God for decades. Steve is also and ordained Minister.
​
Steve and his wife Ginny make a great team and example, and love to serve the people of Lifepoint and the community in any way they can. Whether it be providing sound biblical counseling, teaching a bible study, helping someone move, paint, sew, cook, or just about anything else you can think of, they will be there to help.
​
Steve and Ginny are devoted to prayer, to serving the Lord and people, and lifting people up wherever they are.
​
Their service, wisdom, and experience are invaluable.
